Customer onboarding

SoftCo's that allow customers to self-serve onboard are able to integrate to the PaySuite API's below. There are 2 options available.

Merchant API

A customer onboarding journey that collects credit risk and kyc data across multiple platforms in a single sitting.

PaySuite provide endpoints to fetch the customer onboarding status and provide webhook events to notify the SoftCo product of status changes.

The SoftCo is responsible for providing a clear message about the onboarding journey, accepting the Statement of Work and notifying the customer of future requirements.
